Want to Reduce Chronic Pain?

Find a beautiful scenic spot and meditate! Write a story! Watch your dog or cat mindfully! Eat slowly chewing every morsel l! Smile at everyone you meet! Take a hot bath with epsom salt in a dark room.  Add a candle glowing with  classical music playing in the background! Read the Psalms of King David! Pray! Talk to G-d! Tell Him how grateful you are for being alive!
