I don’t know about you but my pain levels have gone up from items on the “Other” line on the Life Stress Scale. I never would have imagined that the political polarization and divisiveness within our country and world terrorism would aggravate pain. I realize that, in order to lower this item, I have to stop reading the newspaper every day, listen to J.S. Bach more, keep practicing minuets on the piano and enjoy humor. There are other ways but I’m wondering if you experience anything similar?
If so, what are you doing to reduce your pain levels?
