Fight Depression:
“Mostly everyone experiences different levels of depression and other emotions, even on a day-to-day basis. Just because you feel depressed (ratings between 7 and 10) today doesn’t mean you’ll feel that way every day. So be careful of all-or-nothing thinking that you express as “I’m always depressed.” Rather, focus on all the days you weren t depressed or simply sad or disappointed or, more importantly, focus on the days that you feel happy or optimistic.”
