Let Go of YourAnger!

Your anger will only increase your physical pain! Why? Because anger is merely a defensive response to your feeling hurt, unloved, unappreciated, misunderstood, rejected, disappointed, ungratified, frustrated, betrayed, violated, helpless, powerless, lonely, inadequate, insecure; in another word, your anger is simply a defense against your feeling ‘pained’.
I’ve witnessed hundreds of patients struggling with physical pain as a metaphor for these underlying feelings. I’ve been there, as well. It only makes your physical pain worse.
If you can get in touch with these underlying feelings, then, ‘let them go!’ Instead, get in touch with these underlying feelings and acknowledge them. Share them with your loved ones or with others you can trust to understand what your are truly feeling.Then, simply let them go!
Watch your level of physical pain miraculously diminish!
